Title of ticket:

Description

When the user clicks on Pay button:

Call the backend API to start a payment transaction by passing the request id, fee code and quantity
Once response is received redirect the user to PayBC.
When PayBC redirects the user back to the FOI Web after payment, make an API call to update the payment transaction
Based on the backend response display a message for payment failure/success (no receipt option in MVP)
