Description

For production launch, team has discussed in retro and planning the need to set up a wiki document outlining key responsibilities, tasks, priorities and contacts for when the application moves to PROD. This will be an ongoing work in progress up to and likely after production launch.

DOD

• [ ] Wiki page built and accessible to all relevant teams
• [ ] Set up Section for priorities and decision making (ie: which issues constitute high priority/immediate action, how are decisions made, etc.)
• [ ] Set up maintenance schedules, including list of scheduled tasks and those that will be assigned to those tasks
• [ ] Establish a key contacts page/chain of command - who to contact and how, and their backups
• [ ] Checklists and guidance documents for what to do when certain scenarios emerge
• [ ] Include section on key information such as service accounts, and schedules for updates/password updates and administrators/owners for each account
• [ ] Onboarding and offboarding documentation
• [ ] Clear guidelines for user roles and permissions and how these will be handled

FYI - I have created a ticket for the production launch wiki. I expect some of these tasks will need to be handled/reviewed by the business, while others will be handled/reviewed by the dev team
