2 years ago Problem with Danny's name has been fixed. Kara's name is showing up because there are requests from original prod release, where business team had to manually move data over and sync up requests already in progress. Kara was assigned as ministry assignee in order to move the request forward, and was never taken off. Need to decide how to clean up data, there may be ticket coming up that allows users to reassign closed requests. Also need to confirm who the actual ministry assignee was. Below are the problem requests and everyone who had edited them:

Describe the bug in current situation Economy Sector has found their dashboard has a selectable name under the analyst filter of Kara Beach - she should not be assigned to any requests as a Ministry user, so unclear why her name appears.
In addition - Danny Courcy is new to the economy sector team, his name is not selectable as a filter
