Description

Get certs and update prod URL of foi-help frontend to https://help.foirequests.gov.bc.ca/

This follows pattern of reports, at https://reports.foirequests.gov.bc.ca/

Dependencies

Are there any dependencies? Need certs

SSL Certs for the URL is being requested to be added to FOIMOD-100 (Jira ticket on IMB board).

Will follow up when confirming it is part of the ticket/being actioned.
