Darken Font for Locked Values #3422

Have received feedback from users that the light grey font used to denote a locked field (eg. approved fee estimates, request details) can be difficult to read for some users - a darker font would be preferred.

FYI @JHarrietha-AOT - have heard this from a few users now, about wanting to darken the fonts for locked fields (eg - approved fee estimates).

Assume this might need a design ticket first, but wanted to flag this one for you.
