Describe the bug in current situation When an attachment is uploaded to the 'Attachment' tab with a tag (e.g., 'General'), if a user uses the Reclassify feature to change the tag (e.g., from 'General' to 'CFR'), and then tries to change it back to the original tag (e.g., 'General'), the user is unable to.

Use Reclassify to change the tag (e.g., change to 'CFR')
Use Reclassify to change the tag back to the original tag (e.g., back to 'General')

Unable to reclassify an attachment tag back to the original tag the attachment was uploaded with.

Expected behaviour GIVEN a user has added an attachment to the 'Attachments' tab, with a tag WHEN the user reclassifies the attachment to a new tag AND then reclassifies it back to the original tag THEN the attachment is reclassified back to the original tag
