Create a PR / Process for getting the containerization changes into the parent repos. #155

As a developer, I want to make sure that the work that we did last sprint towards containerization gets incorporated upstream into the parent branches.

Maybe this is just a PR
Maybe this introducing a feature-flag around the env-agnoistic front-end change.
