UI - Annual Report Date

As a user, I want to see the "date of my annual report".

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given I am logged in as a Bcorp entity, when I file my annual report, then I should see the Annual Report Date and Filing Date in my filing.

Dev notes

• Annual Report Date is a static date, calculated by Recognition Date
• Filing Date is the date they submitted the filing. This will always be the current day.

This includes a little bit of modularization. We're not fetching the date from the DB, we would just input a mock value to ensure it shows correctly.

QA Comments: Testing in Chrome, safari and firefox browsers

Review: Annual Report Date and Filing date are displayed successfully.

Issue 1: There is inconsistency in the fonts. Attached the screenshots below:
