Shift ObsWell Summary Plot Code from Rmd to output.R #10

The code for creating the individual well summary plots currently sits in a chunk in the pint_ver/gwl.Rmd.

This code should be:

The list object should then be used as a source to feed the gwl.Rmd print version Appendix and eventually the leaflet for R data visualization.
