remove Dockerfile or use it with workflows? #8

A Dockerfile is not needed for GH workflows, dependencies are easy to install to GH runner in the workflow yaml. Is there any need to maintain and retain the Dockerfile and build the custom image?

Probably should modify workflows to use the custom image / Dockerfile
