Describe the task Deploy several Null State Switch changes to the App Store.

Purpose Provide a meaningful version update to the app on the App Store.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] A new version of the app is available for download from Testflight
[ ] Test/Demo change on Testflight with Service Owner
[ ] A new version of the app is available for download in the AppStore
[ ] Patch notes reflect changes to the application

Additional context Deployment contains the following tickets: for the following tickets:

203 - Watercraft equipment commercially hauled
204 - Previous Knowledge of AIS
208 - Dreissenid Mussels found during previous inspection
211 - Decontamination Performed
212 - Decontamination Order issued
213 - Seal Issued
214 - Quarantine Performed
216 - Appendix B
