Rewrite Invasives-iOS using SwiftUI over Storyboard #277

Description

The current Invasives-iOS application was kicked off in 2019 before SwiftUI was released. Much of its functionality relies heavily on,

outdated dependencies
custom UI components containing dozens of lines of code (Some of which were unused and don't work)

Pros

In creating a new application we can make use of SwiftUI instead of Storyboard which would be beneficial to the sustainment team in,

Writing/Having proper documentation of application for current/future developers of the team
Let our app meet Apples App Store Policies before we are forced to comply (or risk being delisted)
Update and in some cases completely remove deprecated dependencies
Significantly reduce the amount of code in the codebase by using native components over custom, making it more maintainable
- Less lines of code, less room for bugs

Additional Context

Consistent typos across the existing codebase.
Current Repo has next to no documentation and several custom components that have native SwiftUI counterparts

Code reduction Example

The custom component/Logic for a Date and time selector in the current application

And this continues on for a few more files...

That same functionality written in SwiftUI
