Integrate the Retroactive dates with the new Blowby functionality

Describe the task With the ability to add shifts retroactively, we need to reflect that data in the blowby capture dates as well.

Purpose Both features are being developed separately at the same time, so they will need to be combined at a later point

• [ ] Dates captured from blowbys are relative to the date of the shift
