Describe the task Set up the application to Persist user data between device uses

Purpose Given the remote nature of the worker, if the data did not persist it would require shifts to be written all at once and sent. If the app were to crash they would lose data.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Information persists between View changes and device loads

Additional context

• Original application used Realm to achieve this, but there are simpler methods to achieve this as well
