[FEATURE][INSPECT-#281]- Fix to Keycloak for awaiting access; set to .dev for TestFlight #286

Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Change "Awaiting Access Request" screen button to send user back to login screen
- This grabs a new, up to date JWT for the backend to use and re-auth if anything hUas changed
- Update the button wording from "Refresh" to "Login"

Important!

Set API endpoint to .dev for TestFlight purposes
- Users running the iPad app on TestFlight will connect to the dev realm and be able to test the off season changes
- This needs to be reverted to .prod in another PR for the next TestFlight build and eventual rollout to production.
