User applied spatial filter, KML, zooms in, then it looks like it isn't applied or another shape is.

[ ] Spatial filters work as expected, unimpeded by zoom.

Closing until someone can reproduce, still appears to be one workstation

Able to repo with two specific KML files, starting search with the big one and quickly flipping to the second. Will set up the same test in dev and debug it, suspect its a race in the GeoJSONFilter function with everything hitting reducer at right time.
