[INV-3528] Partial** activity action creators #3541

Overview

Moving in partial work so it doesn't fall behind main branch while deprioritized for start of next sprint

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Removal of unused actions from previous branch that were flagged, following dialogues that occurred after the merge

Kickoff for moving Activity action creators to classes

Stubbed out static classes grouping actions to be more object oriented
Creation of interfaces for Photo and Filter types, based on evidence of what is in the application
