Unable to upload a file for batch "contains system files" #3564

This issue has something do with which drive your file is on. If you're a government worker and you have a file on your H drive and try to upload it you will get the error. If you move that same file onto crowd it will upload without issues. This isn't a huge problem but I figured I would make a ticket anyways
