Mobile: app crashes when clicking any of the recordsets while offline #3576

If this is something that is about to be fixed with the caching stuff you can close this ticket. Clicking any of the recordsets (My Drafts, All InvasivesBC activities, IAPP) while offline causes the app to crash. TypeError: Load failed, handle_ACTIVITIES_TABLE_ROWS_GET_ONLINE etc.

Note: trying to use the Whats Here button has the same effect
