Mobile: saving activity to draft while offline logs user out #3583

Don't have much information about this one as I can't reproduce it myself. User fills out an activity while offline and clicks save to draft, there is no error shown but the page rerenders and they have lost the records, current activity, and current iapp tabs.

Added error detail to table so you have some context, and have eliminated several causes of potential errors
