Describe the task

If the task will only make sense to a dev, add a :zap: to the title.

Update the current workflows for building on android devices

Value Add

Opens up testing surfaces to other devices
Can access sensors on devices instead of only in browser
Can ensure capacitor features will work on both devices without having to later do a refactor for a 1 OS solution

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Can build .apk for Android
[x] Can run on an Android device
[ ] Documentation written for running the android build workflow

Builds and runs ok. Still tracking down a memory leak.
