Overview

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

Delete Main.css as it only contained a value for .hydrated
- Moved this to PhotoContainer.css
Fixed the Camera to appear over the Header/Footer
Delete various stale comments
Adjust Tables at the top of Form.tsx to be mobile responsive
Remove horizontal dividers in /Landing when on Mobile
Adjust EmailSetup to be mobile responsive
Remove error for NaN background when loading recordset
Remove several unused React imports
