Integrate Web Sockets into the application for passing/streaming large datasets between client/server

Value Add

Reduce load on API
improved responsiveness
Reduced one-shot Memory uses, which mobile devices are strapped on

Acceptance Criteria

Additional Context

Some work was started for heavy endpoints in the backend, but widespread use would increase responsiveness
