Mechanical monitoring polygon and temp point templates need to look for short_ids from these subtypes:

Activity_Treatment_MechanicalPlantTerrestrial = 'PTM' Activity_Treatment_MechanicalPlantAquatic = 'PAM'

Biocontrol release monitoring and temp point templates need to look for short_ids from this subtype:

Activity_Biocontrol_Release = 'PBR'
