There is a custom validator that checks if either the PMP or Unlisted PMP field are filled. It seems to not be working properly (see screenshot). Another thing that is happening that isn't shown in the screenshot is that the PMP field also sometimes has a "must be string" error. Both the errors can't be cleared which stops the user from submitting the record.
