Aquatic Plant Observation Form - new WaterShed and WaterBody ID fields

• [ ] Users are interested in having two additional fields in this section of the form called "Watershed code" and "Waterbody ID" but ONLY if they can be autofilled by a layer from the datawarehouse. Determine if this is possible, and if so, create the autofill suggestion - may be autofilled upon submission to the database only if that is easier.
• [ ] do this in the back end and remove the fields from the actual form.

UPDATE: FWAS layer does not have the names in it that brennan and i could find. we added this layer to the layer picker which has names and waterbody ID. Watershed code is bizarre and long and not useful. WHSE_LAND_AND_NATURAL_RESOURCE.EAUBC_LAKES_SP
