Sorting/filtering fixes and enhancements in issuer-admin #407

The sorting/filtering of records in the issuer admin app seems to not be working correctly and requires some fixes/enhancements:

[ ] Make it possible to sort based on the invite date. This should take into account when the invite was LAST sent/enabled, in case of revocable credentials that can be re-issued. TBD sorting logic (first invite vs. latest).
[ ] When filtering by text, pagination controls don't get updated to reflect the subset of records displayed in the table.
[ ] Clicking on first/last page navigation controls does not account for the active search filter.
