Hot-reloading not working in start-dev mode. #443

I am unable to see the changes when I save in start-dev mode. I have to restart. Is there any step I'm missing? Thanks.

If you are using WSL2 your source code will need to be in the WSL2 file system for file watchers to pick-up changes. This is a known issue/limitation with Docker, it is not specific to this project.
