Description:

To avoid any conflict with the file or data being sent / received form the CRA we want to restrict it so that only 1 file is being exchanged with the CRA at any one time.

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I am a government user, When the CRA data exchange is automated, Then, to avoid any conflicts in the file exchange with CRA, then I want the system to only ever have one file with CRA at any one time.

Development Checklist:

[ ] 1. Restrict to only one file with CRA during the automation of CRA data exchange.
[ ] 2. Make the required changes on the automation script to restrict the file exchange to only one.
