Describe the Bug In the Django console, gov users can see expired applications but get a 500 server error when trying to open the application.
Expected Behaviour Gov users should be able to open the expired application.
Actual Behaviour Gov users receive 500 server error when trying to open the application.
Implications This prevents investigate expiry date issues
