Title: Changes to Leasing terms in ITVR approval emails

Description: The program team has requested to revise the wording in the ITVR auto approval email that is sent to applicants once their application is approved. It applies to all use cases (regardless of their rebate approval amount - $4000, $2000 or $1000). See the new wording in the note section.

Purpose and benefit to user: The purpose of this change is to provide clarity in the email sent to applicants regarding the approval of their application, regardless of the rebate approval amount.

Acceptance Criteria:

Notes: See the changes below in italics that need to be made to the ITVR auto approval email that is sent to applicants once their application is approved. It applies to all use cases (regardless of their rebate approval amount - $4000, $2000 or $1000).

Rebates for long-range ZEVs (BEV, FCEV, ER-EV, and PHEV with an electric range of 85 km or more):

• $4000 rebate for long-range ZEV purchase • $4000 rebate for long-range ZEV with a minimum of 36-month or longer lease term • $2688 rebate for long-range ZEV with a minimum of 24-month lease term • $1332 rebate for long-range ZEV with a minimum of 12-month lease term

Rebates for short-range PHEVs (PHEV with an electric range of less than 85 km):

• $2000 rebate for short-range PHEV purchase • $2000 rebate for short-range PHEV with a minimum of 36-month or longer lease term • $1334 rebate for short-range PHEV with a minimum of 24-month lease term • $666 rebate for short-range PHEV with a minimum of 12-month lease term

“Lease terms that fall between the above-mentioned range will be rounded down to the closest standard term (e.g., a 35-month lease will be considered as a 24-month lease for the purposes of rebate amount determination)"

@emi-hi the business area missed a period at the end of the bracket in their update email. Can you please add one? Here is an example: Lease terms that fall between the above-mentioned range will be rounded down to the closest standard term (e.g., a 35-month lease will be considered as a 24-month lease for the purposes of rebate amount determination).
