Describe the issue There are enhancement that can be made to kirk deployment on openshift.

Additional context

Db migration can be run in form of an init container as part of kirk dc (as the db migration and app are sharing the same image since it's django app).
Use patroni stateful set for postgres db.

Definition of done When the above enhancement work is done.

Closing this issue due to a few layers of why...

New features of KIRK are currently on hold. KIRK is dependent on the python plugin part of the FME Framework. The python plugin is currently being re-assessed and potentially replaced with other solution/s as per Safe software guidance.
