When a user launches ARGG in IE the following message is shown.
"The system is currently unable to access a list of APIs. Please try again later. "
In the future, copy the approach of the BC Data Catalogue and present the following message instead.
You are attempting to submit a request with a non-supported web browser. You must use either Google Chrome or Firefox when accessing this application. OCIO provides copies of these web browsers that can be downloaded and installed by all end users on government workstations in its Self-Serve Centre – or they may be obtained directly from https://www.google.com/chrome/ or https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/.
