DESENG-58 Remove build action to be replaced with webhook later #43

Removing the build action. Since we use Openshift Pipelines, we can't trigger them with simple oc commands. We need to write a lot more config and then trigger them with a webhook.

Triggering the build will be implemented in a future ticket.
