Add prod configurations, switch to using yaml files #48

Add prod app to test production credentials, updates to group the application with the a2a issuer as it logically belongs to that group.

@WadeBarnes thanks for catching that, I couldn't find the reason - biased by the fact that in dev/test it still worked for whatever reason. Fixed now.
