LCFS - Deploy LCFS to production

Describe the task Deploy the LCFS code to the production environment as a soft launch.

Run the data export for Orgs and Users (#886 ), Transactions (#947 ), Transfers (#932 ).

We also need the Fuel codes transferred although there was no card for this.

Purpose This is for a soft launch to ensure everything goes as expected and gives time to fix any issues that arise.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] LCFS code successfully deployed to the production environment.
• [ ] Data export completed for:
  • [ ] Organizations and Users (#886)
  • [ ] Transactions (#947)
  • [ ] Transfers (#932)
• [ ] Fuel codes transferred to production.
• [ ] Initial validation of data and functionality in production environment.
• [ ] Documentation of any issues or anomalies identified during the soft launch.

Additional Context

• Confirm data integrity post-export and verify no missing entries.
• Ensure production environment is monitored closely during the soft launch to detect issues early.
