LCFS - Notional transfer input form

Description: As a BCeID user this form allows me to input information about notional transfers of eligible renewable fuel as part of my compliance report. Business requirements include identifying information and amount of tracked fuel, eligible renewable fuel notionally transferred away by a person, eligible renewable fuel notionally transferred received by a person, and eligible renewable fuel notionally retained by a person.

Notional transfer input form page should have:

• Title: Notional transfer of eligible renewable fuel
• Explanation text (to be confirmed by the business area)
• Validation component display
• AG grid with columns; format is 'column name | type of data entry | validation requirements':

  • Legal name of trading partner | Free form text (with predictive text) | n/a
  • Address for service | Free form text (with predictive text from legal name selected) for addresses input | n/a
  • Fuel Category | drop down fuel category | no input
  • Received OR Transferred | drop down 2 options (Received, Transferred) | no input
  • Quantity (L) | Number field, no decimals | cannot be negative

• Add rows button in increments of 5 below the table
• Button labelled 'Save & return to report'
• Include AG grid validation for each column

Purpose and benefit to user: Under Section 30 of the Low Carbon Fuels Act, obligated parties are required to report notional transfers of renewable fuel volumes. This provides the input needed for that.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Given I am a BCeID, When I am on the Notional Transfers page, then I should be presented with a form to fill out notional tranfers
• [ ] Given I am a BCeID, When I am filling out the legal name of trading partner field, there should be predictive text that lists companies. This field is also free form.
• [ ] Given I am a BCeID, When I am filling out the legal name of trading partner field and choosing a suggested company, the address field should automatically be filled out. This field is also free form.
• [ ] Given I am a BCeID, When I am filling out the fields, validation should happen for each field that gets filled out
• [ ] Given I am a BCeID, When clicking the + row button, you should be presented with a dropdown with options to choose single or multiple rows
• [ ] Given I am a BCeID, When clicking the + row button option, rows should be added to the form

Development Checklist:

• [ ] save to the notional transfer table. no relation to supplier when choosing predictive text
• [ ] Validation and autosave in another ticket ( #609 )

Notes:

• Will be similar to the structure and design of inputs in Schedule A of TFRS, except now using the AG grid function.
