Describe the task Add a BlowBy table to the LUCY backend to capture multiple BlowBy data per shift, replacing the old setup.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Separate BlowBy into its own table
• [x] Create endpoint to capture incoming BlowBy data from INSPECT
