Description of changes:

Added font awesome to MET web.
Created .npmrc file to pass fontawesome auth token from environment variable
Updated github actions to pull fontawesome auth token from github secrets

Fixing the Fontawesome token is not available in Github actions to build and GitHub checks are failing because of that,
