As an Admin, I want to Preview an Engagement in mobile and tablet view #302

As an Admin, I want to Preview an Engagement in mobile and tablet view so I can make sure it looks good on all devices.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario 1:

Admin previews an engagement, clicks the devices icons to switch view between devices.

Scenario 2:

We decided other tools are available for this. Should we close?
