Changes related to enabling CodeQL Code Scanning for repo and to get SFTP connecting from AWS

Fixes for SFTP connection
Change desired count to 1 to match on prem and assure no duplication of data loads
Refactor out legacy Artifactory dependencies
Remove unused dependencies
Define javax.faces.PROJECT_STAGE in glassfish-resources.xml and reference via JNDI instead of web.xml
Add error pages for 403, 404, 500, javax.faces.application.ViewExpiredException, and java.lang.Throwable
Fixes for "Component 'j_idtXX' should be inside a form or should reference a form via its form attribute"
