Status Changes - add service layer, data changes and rename of status #55

This PR

  1. Introduces service layer
  2. Data changes for row status code descriptions by Business
  3. Reconciling again the Flyway scripts. DB needs to be deleted for this.
  4. Change of artifacts from status to row status
