Notes

added temporary new Home Compose ViewModel & Home Compose Fragment, this is temporary state it will be removed with authenticated user story flow.
Home screen title scroll effect and position is in discussion and will be fixed.
This PR added few new composable theme and component classed this is going to be the new standard and old code will be marked as Deprecated from the Next PR of 2.0 UI
