Issue #: 22417 - Clean up Smoke Tests

Description of changes:

Made tests more stable
Added the next iteration of some tests
Added a bunch of test IDs for the next iteration to hopefully work
Had to make a small update to the page header, it seemed like the 'sticky' property of the header was causing problems.
