Issue #: /bcgov/entity#7351

Description of changes:

Changed which property is displayed in Review/Confirm, previous was writing duplicate Designations when a user entered it manually.

Do you have to update anything for the release that I think is planned today?

Yes, i will have to discuss with Andre. This commit will need to be added to the release branch
