Description of changes: In case of incomplete/pending payment: [x] Remove NR number at the top line of the window [x] display a message below the top line of the window [x] Do not show the Submitted Date [x] Remove the red warning icon before Payment Incomplete (Request Status) [] No Cancel button (will fix in namex)
