17468 Amalgamation flow + misc cleanup

Issue #: bcgov/entity#17468

This is ready for review and merge, although I found a bug I'll finish fixing in a separate PR.

Description of changes:

app version = 5.1.2
added societies check for xpro aml category tables
deleted some unneeded get/set
implemented amalgamation flow (xpro, not xpro, federal, mras, numbered, society)
commented out Xpro/Federal bullets code (should be in flows instead)
comments out Corporate Number Checkbox code (should be in flows instead)
renamed isShowCheckNameButton -> showCheckNameButton
misc cleanup
added special case in mutateLocation for AML
