feat(fe: FSADT1-1357): Create client for staff - Frontend Fuzzy matching on Locations

Description

Adds per-location fuzzy matching notifications, expands the ones with errors and collapse the ones with no error, and scrolls to the first error notification. And also:

• adds the partialMatch property to control the kind of text to be presented on the group of fields;
• fixes values associated with locations, like the location name in the accordion item title, specially when a location that is not the last one gets deleted - the error would be in the ones after it.
