Spike: if we can have cognito:groups roles in another format

Describe the task SPAR is wondering if they can get the cognito group in the following format: Currently we have:

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Find out if cognito:groups supports a list of objects (JSON formatted)
• [ ] Find out if other teams want to the same format, we can only provide one format to all teams

Additional context

• Or maybe we can change the format from ROLE_NAME_00001012 to ROLE_NAME.00001012 or something similar, use a different symbol before forest client number other than '_', so they can split the forest client number part
• We may wish to defer this discussion until the ORG issue is sorted out (districts vs client)

Some additional information get from AWS support Alan, but he's trying to create a json object as an attribute, not talking about if "cognito:group" supports json. He also mentioned about the char limit in Cognito.
