Network Segregation of Lambdas

Describe the task Segregate the lambdas via new custom network security groups.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] analysis of segmentation requirements documented in Confluence
• [x] confirm this is possible within ASEA
• [x] security groups created via terraform
• [x] lambdas updated to use new security groups
• [x] ensure minimal traffic is allowed for each security group
